If Men Can't Wear Dresses…
…than women can't wear suits.
In this world of gender equality, I think such a rule is not only fair — but necessary. Rihanna recently returned to the red carpet sporting a tuxedo of sorts. I would just like to voice my dissent. Her shoulders are poofy — this is even more obnoxious than Hillary Clinton's shoulder pads of yore. Also, Rihanna's hair devolution continues to worsen as she cuts it shorter and shorter and parts it more and more to the side. And the getup is very Shania Twain à la 1999. To summarize: this is not cute, this is not chic, this is not appealing, this is not acceptable. No woman can pull of men's clothing.
Rihanna continues to set bad examples for young girls everywhere. We need not recap her recent string of poor choices, but if Rihanna continues making such choices, young women everywhere will suffer. Our blog officially endorses Fergie as the new role model of young women. Even though she is 34 years old and looks 40.
Here are a list of other poor role models for young women: Vanessa Hudgens for teaching women it's okay not to shave (NSFW), Beyoncé/Sasha Fierce/Beyoncé Knowles for making multiple personality disorder seem acceptable, Miley Cyrus for not turning Justin Gaston gay, any of the Housewives of New Jersey or Atlanta, and most lesbians).
