First Killzone 3 Gameplay Trailer Released

The first gameplay trailer for the upcoming Killzone 3 has been released.
Killzone 3 was officially announced back in May and then Sony and Guerilla Games released a short teaser trailer that highlighted the game's improved melee combat. Now we get to see the first gameplay footage for Killzone 3 courtesy of the latest episode of GTTV. The gameplay trailer gives us glimpses of the several improvements that Guerilla Games is adding to the franchise.
The highly touted jetpack makes an appearance and shows the player raining hell down from above onto enemies. We also get to see the updated melee combat as the player snapping some Helghast neck. The new fully destructible environments are on display with a couple of ISA ships taking down a fuel pipe. It's an awesome looking trailer that is definitely worth a look.
No release date for the PlayStation 3 exclusive Killzone 3 has been announced but hopefully we might hear more news at the upcoming E3 2010. Check out the first gameplay trailer after the jump.Read more…
