Grand Theft Auto IV: Complete Edition Found on Amazon

Amazon.com has listings for a PS3 and 360 version of a Grand Theft Auto IV: Complete Edition. The Complete Edition is said to include the main game plus all three seperate add ons. That’s Grand Theft Auto IV, The Lost and the Damned, The Ballad of Gay Tony and Episodes From Liberty City on one disc all for $39.99.
                    
Amazon.com has the game dated for an October 26th release. How’d Rockstar manage to keep a lid on this one?
