Jacob Tamme TE Colts, Waiver Wire Pickup of the Day

Jacob Tamme is a must add in all formats.
Jacob Tamme, a former TE for the Kentucky Wildcats and 4th round draft pick in 2008, has officially just hit number 1  on the most wanted TE waiver wire list. Fantasy Football teams in need of a TOP 5 TE for the next four to five weeks need not look elsewhere.
After just 16 minutes of game play I sent all our subscribers (as part of our waiver wire update service) a text / email letting them know to grab Tamme.
“Jacob Tamme TE Colts. I was holding off on recommending this guy until I saw him in action. As expected Tamme is indeed a true Dallas Clark clone and already, in less than 16 minutes of game play, has 3 catches for 38 yards and a TD.”
Tamme ended up tallying six catches and a touchdown on nine targets Monday night. Peyton Manning showed trust in Tamme using him on a couple key third down conversions. Several of the Colts’  upcoming opponents are ranked 26th or worse in fantasy points allowed for opposing TE. This means Tamme is now a top ranked TE for the next several games and in my opinion, beyond.
Who is this Jacob Tamme guy? As a junior in Kentucky Jacob Tamme “was voted to the All-SEC first team by the SEC coaches and the Associated Press. He led SEC tight ends in receptions with 32, netting 386 receiving yards and two touchdowns. He made the SEC Academic Honor Roll for the third year in a row. As a senior, he had 56 receptions for 619 yards and six touchdowns. For the second year in a row, he earned first-team All-SEC honors from both the Associated Press (unanimous decision) and coaches polls. Tamme finished his career as Kentucky’s all-time top pass-catching tight end and 2nd in the history of all SEC tight ends with 133 catches for 1,417 yards.” http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jacob_Tamme
We saw what Jacob Tamme can do on the field, but what about off the field? I’ll let you be the judge…
