Samsung GT-i9200 firmware leaks
A mysterious new Samsung firmware was posted online today designed for a new phone with the model number GT-i9200. Several hackers are digging through the image files to see if they can figure out what this device is, but the model number is very similar to the dual-core Samsung phone (GT-i9100) that was confirmed this week.
Some have speculated this GT-i9200 might be a Gingerbread device or Samsung’s next flagship phone, but a senior member of xda-developers posted that this Android gadget uses Samsung’s S5PC110 Hummingbird processor found in the Galaxy S and the display size is only 800 x480.
We also know that the leaked Nexus S phone had the model number GT-i9020, but our sources say that version was scrapped and a newer dual-core version was already in testing.
Keep an eye on the source link because I’m sure more details will leak out. What device do you think the GT-i9200 might be?
