Registration for identity theft protection extended

The Identity Theft Protection program is part of Sony’s good gesture to more than 77 million PlayStation Network account holders who went without the online service for 23 days. As the “Welcome back package program” have ended, U.S account holders still have time to sign up for the 12 months “free of charge” Identity Theft Protection offer.
According to PlayStation Blog, The Theft-Protection offer in the United States has been extended through July 31, 2011. If you are a U.S resident and has an active account as of April 20th 2011, you can visit this link and apply for the offer.
