Motorola DROID 2 R2-D2 Gets Gingerbread

Considering the DROID 2 and DROID 2 Global have both gotten there Gingerbread updates, we weren’t surprised to see the DROID 2 R2-D2 wasn’t far behind – they’re practically the same phones. If you can’t wait to get your grubby little robot clamps on it, it looks like it’s rolling out now (at least the handful of emails in our inbox say as much). Go on and grab it how you usually do and let us know if it goes ok. [Thanks to everyone who set this in!]
